Cody is a PhD candidate in CTRFL, advised by Prof. Mueller. He obtained a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012. His research focuses on radiation modeling in the Large Eddy Simulation of combustion systems, specifically analyzing the construction of Reduced-Order Manifolds with heat loss using various methods for generating enthalpy deficits.
