Renato Pagliara is a member of the Dynamical Control Systems Laboratory at Princeton University. After receiving his B.A.Sc. in biomedical engineering from Simon Fraser University (Vancouver, Canada), he worked both as a research assistant in a biomechanics laboratory and as a project engineer for Bionic Power Inc., a technology startup. Renato's research at Princeton draws inspiration from biological systems to develop dynamical models for the self-regulation and collective decision-making of complex systems.
