Julien works in the Nuclear Futures Laboratory as a graduate student with Professor Alexander Glaser. As such he is also affiliated to Princeton's Program on Science and Global Security. Julien's research focus on developing innovative models to better assess proliferation risks related to new concepts of nuclear reactors. Prior to Princeton Julien received a M. Sc. in Applied Physics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, as well as a "Diplôme d'Ingénieur" from Ecole Centrale de Marseille.
