Graduate student Sili Deng to receive the Bernard Lewis Fellowship

Graduate student Sili Deng, co-supervised by Professors C.K. Law and M. E. Mueller, has been selected to receive a Bernard Lewis Fellowship of the Combustion Institute, which is to be awarded at the upcoming 36^th International Combustion Symposium to be held in Seoul, Korea on July 31^st to August 5^th. The Lewis Award is the most prestigious recognition of accomplishments and potential for young combustion researchers internationally. Sili also won one of the five university-wide Excellence in Teaching Award in 2014.
