CASES: a new, monthly seminar series that brings clinicians and engineers together in an open forum to discuss technological challenges and needs in modern medicine. All students and researchers from across Engineering and the Sciences are encouraged to participate.

Dr. Dhanaraj is an orthopedic specialist at Princeton Bone and Joint and attending surgeon at University Medical Center, Princeton. His specialty is shoulder repair, where he uses cutting edge biomaterials and medical implants to restore function. He will bring some of these devices to his talk and will discuss current techniques with an emphasis on where engineering and biomedical improvements are needed.
