Short Bio

David Feng is currently a second-year MAE graduate student at Princeton University. David previously graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in mechanical engineering in 2015. His main research interests include photonics, nonlinear optics, laser diagnostics, and spectroscopy for a variety of gas-phase systems. His current research focuses on applying light scattering diagnostics, both linear and nonlinear, to elucidate and study the properties of gases, high-speed flows (filtered Rayleigh scattering), and nanoparticles (coherent Rayleigh Brillouin scattering).
