Teaching Faculty Position
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell invites applications for several full-time Teaching Professors. The existing Mechanical Engineering program is expanding and new Industrial Engineering undergraduate and graduate programs are starting. Successful candidates will be expected to begin work in September, 2020 and assist in teaching a range of ME and IE courses. Teaching Professors are required to have a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or closely related disciplines by the start of employment to be considered. In addition to delivering high-quality teaching of courses, the Teaching Professors are also expected to provide service to the university.
